Harold Smith grew up on his family’s dairy farm in Maryland, where he was deeply involved in 4‑H and other agricultural organizations. He worked closely with his brother managing the dairy and raising nationally recognized Red & White Holsteins under the Ladys‑Manor prefix. In 1999, health issues and allergies led him to shift his career off the farm while continuing to serve the agricultural industry. Over the past 20 years, Harold has worked with producers, nutritionists, and veterinarians throughout New England, focusing on improving animal wellbeing and operational profitability. He currently serves as the Northeast Business Development Manager for Natural Biologics, supporting all species across New York, Pennsylvania, and the New England region. He resides in Pennsylvania.
