Natural Biologics’ great friend, colleague and collaborator, Dr. R. Dean Boyd, was recently honored by the American Society of Animal Science for his outstanding contributions to animal nutrition research, receiving the Fellow Award in Research for Animal Science. His pioneering work at Cornell on the regulation of nutrient use is considered landmark, with one discovery being that a deficit in essential fatty acid intake by lactating sows causes seasonal infertility. We join Dean’s many colleagues around the world in congratulating him on this great achievement.
