Dr. Richard Austin Ware was a founding partner of Natural Biologics and was the real impetus that got us started. Today, September 28, 2016, is the first anniversary of Richard’s untimely death. We have missed his warmth, sincerity and good humor every single day since. Richard was masterful at seeking out new opportunities, finding novel solutions for animal health problems and chasing down the science to validate them. He inspired many of the directions we’ve taken in formulating our unique solutions. He was the perfect partner to embark on such an adventure with, and the Natural Biologics team is eternally grateful that he started this bus, invited us on board and helped navigate our crucial first months.
